Cozy Windham Getaway

Welcome to our cozy getaway! Enjoy easy access to some of the best skiing in New York, just a 5 minute car ride to Windham Mountain or take the 1 mile walk to downtown. Our townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a sleeping loft. On the main level, you will find a warm & inviting fireplace in the living room. There is a patio off the back of the house with sensational views of the mountain. There is a mudroom upon entry which is great for unloading. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (one queen bed and a double/full bed). There is a full bathroom on the second floor, as well as, a loft/den area with a futon that pulls out into a double/full bed for additional sleeping.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage & recycling need to be taken out to community collection bin/dumpster located short distance from the house.
Turn all thermostats throughout the house and rooms down to 50-55.
Make sure both front & back doors are locked. To lock front electronic keypad, press & hold any button for at least 2 seconds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
