Welcome to The Prairiehaven. Our Charming 4 bedroom house in Overland Park accomodates up to 16 guest. Your cozy home away from home is packed full of amenities for your entire family / group to enjoy. Pull up a chair around the Fire Pit to share stories and stare at the stars. Relax in the Hot Tub or Sauna while the kids enjoy playing in their own private Arcade! We offer multiple Video Games, Ski Ball, Foosball, PlayStation 5 and an Old-fashioned Popcorn machine. Enjoy more competition and family fun in our gameroom! Play a challenging game of Pool or test your skills competing on our Shuffleboard table. We also offer a playground,basketball goal, natural gas BBQ grill,outdoor dinning tables for up to 16 people and a 120-inch movie projector (seasonal).

We had an amazing weekend at PrairieHaven. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, arcade, treats and hot tub. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and extras. The beds were very comfortable and the house was charming.

We had the BEST stay here for our girls trip—seriously couldn’t have picked a better place. The house was super clean, spacious, and had so much to do that we barely even needed to leave. The game rooms, arcade, and hot tub were all highlights and made it feel like a full experience, not just a place to stay.Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and you can tell a lot of thought went into the details and setup. The beds were comfortable, the layout worked perfectly for a group, and we all had plenty of space.The host was great and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. No issues at all.If you’re going with a group or planning a fun weekend, I 100% recommend this place. We’re already talking about coming back!
