Welcome to Coastal Keys Escape, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home designed for relaxed Florida Keys living. Completely renovated in 2025, the home features an open kitchen, a spacious living area, and bright, coastal interiors that make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

Both bedrooms are comfortably sized and thoughtfully laid out, offering privacy and flexibility for couples, friends, or a small family. With two full bathrooms, mornings are easy and unhurried. Step outside to enjoy the brand-new private pool — a peaceful place to unwind after a day at Sombrero Beach or exploring Marathon.

We do also have a ping pong table and extra area located downstairs that guests can use while staying at the home.

Located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood just minutes from Sombrero Beach, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. For guests bringing a boat, private dockage and quick access to the Atlantic make this an ideal base for enjoying the water. This house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 tweens. The pool was great for lounging and my kids loved fishing off the canal during downtime. It was lovely being so close to Sombrero beach. It was about a 5 minute walk. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking supplies needed for making our own meals but there were a ton of restaurants near by as well. Could not ask for a better location in Marathon and place to stay! Thank you!
