Hi we are the Chapmans! Nicole, Khalil and Kai.

We have been living in stunning Charleston, SC for the past 3 years. In 2020 we moved from our home in Costa Rica, to move closer to our family. Nicole grew up in New Jersey and Khalil in Ohio, we met in college in Myrtle Beach

The Ocean has always been a big part of our relationship. We love to travel, surf spend time outside and Kai is an amazing soccer player.

When we lived in Costa Rica we ran a restaurant and hostel right on the Caribbean. We love to host people in gorgeous locations and love to create wonderful experiences for people on vacation.

We fell in love with this area for its peaceful lakefront charm and true Maine feel. It’s the kind of place where mornings are quiet, the air feels fresh, and time naturally slows down.
