The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all bedding that was used and leave it on the respective bedroom floor. Any bedding not used can be left on the bed.
Please gather all towels that was used and place in the laundry room.
Throw trash away Garbage cans are located by the side of the house for disposal prior to check out. Pooper scooper for pets also on the side of the house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation. Limit 9 Turn off gas to the BBQ grill and fire pit tables when done
Parents should accompany kids while in the hot tub. Please close and latch the hot tub when finished.
Pick up all dog waste or a $50 fee. Dog scooper is located by the garage. . Carpet accidents incur a $250 cleaning fee.

The house was lovely and centrally located to the Badlands, Hot Springs Mammoth Site, Mount Rushmore, etc, with the ammenties of Rapid City. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The hot tub and firepit were great after a long day and the living space was very clean and comfy. Our dog Luna loved the fenced in yard and fresh grass. We absolutely loved our stay here.

The home was just as pictured and perfect for our 2 day stop during our cross country trip with 3 adults and 1 dog. We really appreciated the welcome snacks, the flyers and information about area things to do as well as the dog bowls set our for our Goose! The home was clean, the jacuzzi was nice for the early chilly mornings and evenings and worked great! The communication was great with owner! Also, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of towels and extra basics if needed. One small note we did realize after having to circle back to get something we left in the house by accident about 15 min after we left and the cleaners were already there is that either the owner, the owners family, or the cleaner lives right next door. During our stay we did meet the neighbor and her doggy, super sweet and very nice people!! Personally I would have just liked to have been told. Otherwise, this home is beautiful, well appointed, and definitely worth the booking!!

Thank you for the feedback! I do normally live in the home when it's not being rented, and my neighbor occasionally helps water my flowers. On checkout day, I stopped by briefly to visit with her before the cleaners arrived. I apologize if that felt unexpected. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your kind review!
