Guests are just a short walk from Salt Ponds, the public fishing pier, Dog Beach, Inlet Beach, a marina, Jim's Dock, Skip's Café, Skip's Dock, East Matunuck State Beach Pavilion, and Matunuck Oyster Bar. This coastal retreat is the quintessential family vacation spot you'll want to return to year after year.
Purchased in early 2025, the home has undergone a full refresh, including new landscaping and landscape lighting, fresh interior paint, updated light fixtures, brand new beds, furnishings, and décor throughout. The main floor bathroom has been updated, and the primary suite now features a renovated ensuite bathroom. The first floor includes a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, a Smart TV, ductless air conditioning, and a first-floor bedroom for easy access. Upstairs, two bedrooms including the primary suite offer Smart TVs, window units for cooling, and water views from the upper level. After a day near the water, enjoy dinner on the large deck with seating for eight and a Weber grill, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. The property also has two exterior cameras, one at the front and one at the rear. A well-behaved dog may be allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property.
