Hosts are easy to work with. Good location. Close to Pikes Peak Railway. Away from the crowded cities, quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen.

This was a great place to stay. Centrally located to things we wanted to do, but far enough out from the main part of Colorado in a pleasant, clean, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the large, completely fenced backyard just off the kitchen. The garage was setup with a fun game room that we made good use: ping pong, air hockey, darts, pool table and some lounge couches to watch the games. A great park (Widefield Park) about 3 miles from the house with big open space, play structures, tennis, walking paths and water. City of fountain was about 4 miles and had all the stores we needed: Safeway, dollar store and others - additionally, hwy 85 was only about 3 miles and had a Walmart, Dairy Queen, and Three Margarites restaurant.The host was amazing and responsive - we will definitely stay here again.

Loved attention to detail. Thought it could use a thorough deep cleaning- cabinets and corners or floors. Scuffs in several areas. Broken dishwasher and back porch light. Everything else was great.
