The house stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it a wonderful retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re gathering indoors or enjoying some quiet time, this marvelous home provides a nice balance of space and comfort.

Gravel Road for last 1/4 mile approaching the property. I recommend arriving before sunset on your first visit. 4x4/AWD recommended in winter.

We’re just getting to know Placitas but really enjoy the artistic community and how friendly everyone is.

We love how convenient both Albuquerque and Santa Fe are from Placitas. We had looked at other towns and neighborhoods, but nothing seemed to compare to the beauty and serenity that we were able to find here in Placitas.

What makes this property unique

It’s such a great property to spend time with your friends and family. Wonderful kitchen for cooking and entertaining.

Perched at the very top of a hill with views of three mountain peaks makes this a very singular experience. There are many other nice homes, but I don’t know of many that have this great combination of location and custom, thoughtful home design.
