We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The home was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Judy was a fantastic host and even provided snacks and a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. She responded quickly to any questions we had and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property!

This is absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed. Decorated to perfection while still cozy and welcoming. Extremely well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The outdoor space is perfection with multiple seating areas and outstanding views of the Sandia mountains. Judy was an attentive and responsive host. We did not want to leave and will definitely come back, hopefully for a longer stay!

Far beyond expectations

The care and presentation of this property must be seen to be fully appreciated. Artistic touches and imagination abound in this home, inside and out. We both marveled at how much time it must have taken to accomplish all the perfect touches - we noticed something new every day. The mountain views from the patio/garden are peaceful and it is extremely quiet. We found it to be a challenge to leave this home to simply go for a short break for dinner. And if you want to cook the kitchen is supplied fully for any meals you'd want to prepare. We will cherish the time we were fortunate to spend here.

Lovely Placitas

We stayed for four nights and had a lovely time. The house and neighborhood were very quiet and the views were breathtaking. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were SHARPENED knives. Very nice for cooking our meals. While we didn't see any wild horses we did see a gorgeous night sky.

Thanksgiving Day Get Away

The Casita was the real deal experience of New Mexico. We loved feeling remote yet 15 minutes from a town. Sitting out under a blanket of stars. Our host thought of every convenient necessity & detail of our stay. Much appreciated! Thank you this was an easy 5 star experience.

Great Setting, Great View

This property is a good size venue for 4 people. It’s well designed and nicely decorated. You can reach almost any place in Albuquerque within 25 minutes AND, when you return at the end of the day, it’s snuggled in a quiet setting with a great view of the mountains. We did, however, have some housekeeping issues.

Beautiful views!

Would highly recommend this home. The courtyard views were beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was clean and in a perfect location. Judy was responsive and helpful with our questions. We would not hesitate to return to this home in the future.

My husband, son & I loved our stay in this beautiful Placitas home with a very nice enclosed courtyard. The owner of the property could not have been any nicer! Communication was great and prompt.
