We would be pleased for you to stay here. Unfortunately, we do not permit wedding and or large social gatherings.
The house is Centrally Air Conditioned. One level sleeps 8 (4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathrooms). the home takes up half the block(10,000) square feet)Beautiful garden courtyard in the backyard. Fenced yard. The house is across the street from the golf course at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. Located 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to restaurants. Prime location next to both the beach and restaurants. There is easy freeway access, which is a big plus in La Jolla during summer months when summer traffic makes it difficult to access/leave La Jolla. The house is 4600 square feet with each bedroom on a different corner of the house. The rooms all meet at a center garden courtyard w/ 10x10' Jacuzzi Hot Tub outdoors and living room area. Single level layout on a double sized lot with Travertine and Bamboo flooring that keeps the house cool. Walkable neighborhood. Parking for three cars in the driveway, the garage is unavailable for parking.

The home is beautiful! Especially the Master bedroom & bathroom with a Steam Sauna, and large tub. The beach is very close as are a number of excellent restaurants, all in close walking distance. Eric, our host, was very helpful. Look forward to returning to this wonderful home.

Absolutely perfect

This beautiful home is perhaps the most amenity-rich place we've stayed. The house itself is spacious, exceedingly well-maintained, and ideally located. Beyond that, the owners include all the little extras - we weren't running out of paper towels, or rushing to the store to replenish coffee pods. It felt like staying in a vacation home that I had outfitted myself for my family. Icing on the cake is that the owner was kind, personable, and responsive from the moment I booked to the day we left. We would return in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing property. Close to absolutely everything. The home is stunning, clean and well prepared! The property manager was attentive and kind. Everything was done for us. I cannot think of one thing I would change. We had a wonderful time. Wish we could have stayed longer. I am looking forward to staying here again very soon!

Great for multigenerational families

We had a wonderful experience at this home! This property was clean, very well appointed, comfortable, and a great location! My husband and I stayed at this property with my elderly parents and their caregiver. We had unique needs as both of my parents require walkers and much assistance. This home provided all that and more! They had their own room with their own bathroom and their caregiver was right next-door with his own bathroom and bedroom, there was a large shower with a bench seat suitable for bathing. The home has amazing space and light to enjoy inside and outside. The host was friendly, had wonderful recommendations and truly took the time to engage with our family. He was wonderful! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fabulous Home and Location!

We were very impressed with this beautifully appointed and luxurious Spanish style home. It is very comfortable and private and only a few blocks from the beach! We were also close to the town and there were several good restaurants within walking distance. The owners offered us many good tips about the area and they keep the home impeccably clean. We highly recommend this home for couples, friends traveling together or families. We are already planning to return to this home next year!

Don’t pass this house up!

This house was perfect for our family. The location was amazing. Just a short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. Anything I may have needed was on hand at this house. It was clean, airy and spacious. I loved sitting in the front at the end of the day sipping on a glass of wine watching passerby’s. I hope to be back some day.

Amazing stay at the perfect house !

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and just steps to the beach. The owner is extremely kind and answered every question we had about the home and things to do in the area. There's a handful of really good restaurants and cafes just a couple of blocks away, which made it really convenient to grab something to eat without having to get in the car and drive anywhere. We plan on coming back next year because we had such a great time and would highly recommend this rental to our friends and family!

Loved La Jolla and this amazing home!

Our family just returned from 10 fantastic days in La Jolla. The owner, Eric, was so responsive and accommodating. We felt really at home in this home. It is beautifully cared for and has such thoughtful attention to detail throughout. We spent lots of hours in the back yard enjoying the serenity and cool weather. Restaurants are within walking distance and there is tons to do! The Marine Room, Piatti, Sushi on the Rock, The Cheese Shop and Galaxy Tacos are all a must. Vons and Whole Foods are super convenient to get to, too. Housekeeper, Florencia, is just darling and does a super thorough mid-week cleaning - which I would highly recommend. La Jolla Shores is a busy area, so traffic is happening all the time. But, it's worth getting out to explore the Village, see the sea lions sunbath and shop the boutiques. We give this experience 5-stars and 2 thumbs up! We will be back for sure!!

Amazing Vacation Experience

This home is great and the owners even more so. It is very well appointed, very close to the beach and made you feel like you were right at home. Seriously, the owners provided many of the typical home products you would have to run out and buy on Day 1 for our use. It was a wonderful touch to not have to scamper out to Vons immediately upon arrival and one that just goes to show how thoughtful the owners are. It was the first time we rented a home for an extended vacation and it will now become our mainstay. We very much enjoyed our summer vacation to La Jolla and will be back next year!

Lovely, spacious house in good location

This is a custom-built, upscale house located across the street from the Beach and Tennis Club. We are two adults with three teenagers so the layout was perfect for our family, with the master suite on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. The backyard is lovely and we ate several lunches out there - in the summer when it's warmer it would be a nice place for dinner. The house is fully stocked with paper products, spices, oils, etc., something we've come to appreciate over the years of renting vacation homes. It's in a great location where you can quickly walk to the beach or the restaurants at LJ Shores - the main village of La Jolla is a little bit farther but easily within walking distance. The owners were very gracious hosts (thank you for the welcoming treats!) and were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect House, Perfect Location for Us

We've rented four different houses in the area over the past several years and this is by far the best. The kitchen is unbelievably well equipped with a large open living area. There are also separate dining and sitting areas. The master bedroom suite and bath are large and private, away from the other two bedrooms which are functional but not as large. The back patio is restful and well maintained. This house is clean and modern, like new, with attractive landscaping. The location is on a somewhat busy street facing the Beach Club but we had no traffic or noise issues; the beach is a block away and the restaurants of La Jolla Shores are a block in the other direction, so it's a great location. The garage is spacious so we didn't have to worry about parking or a crowded driveway. The owner was always available by phone, and helped me figure out some of the high quality but complex appliances. For us, this house was everything the pictures suggest, and the best and cleanest house we've rented in La Jolla!
