Our rules are pretty easy. Practice common sense. This also our home in the summer so please respect and enjoy! Respect quite hours and neighbors
Use outside shower in rear for sand prior to entering home. If garage fridge is needed you can plug in. No overnight parking in the front use rear.

Taylor and Robert were amazing about answering questions, making sure accommodations and smallest details all attended to! 5 star all the way! We were looking for a getaway in paradise and we found it. Room for the whole family this property delivered on all our expectations in early April. I loved the private parking, the fenced in Florida-scaped backyard, the outdoor shower, the garage. I loved the screened in front porch where we were able to eat as a family and create memories. The professionally remodeled interior of the entire house was inviting and felt luxurious, and it mixed well with the kept original features of the house. The ability to walk barefoot to the beach at any given time was a valued privilege. Especially to watch the sunset daily on the gulf horizon was priceless. This stay has climbed the charts as one of our favorite. We always felt safe and relaxed. Everyone was friendly and there were 3 community parks within minutes to explore. We did not want to leave and look forward to staying here again in the future!

This a beautiful home in an amazing location. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes with the public access nearby. The backyard is a great spot to hangout in the afternoon. The pickleball paddles also came in handy so we could try our hand at the courts across the street. Robert and Taylor were amazing hosts!! They took care of all of our needs without a second question. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Beautiful cottage in a great location. This property was recently remodeled top to bottom and the owners did an amazing job. It’s absolutely stunning inside. The location is great and easy to get to everything.
