The Space:

Picture waking up steps from the canal, morning light catching the water as pelicans glide past your private dock. This single-family home in Indian Creek Estates puts you right on the canal with direct water access, a quiet backyard overlooking the waterway, and a neighborhood where the beach, local restaurants, and the laid-back rhythm of Cocoa Beach are all within walking distance.

 

The space

Spread across approximately 1,620 square feet, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers an open layout designed for groups and families who want room to breathe. The interior has been fully renovated with coastal finishes that feel fresh and welcoming without being fussy - bright, easy to enjoy, and ready for sandy feet. A dedicated workspace means remote workers are covered, and the single-level floor plan makes moving through the home effortless for everyone.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for your group. Four beds are arranged across the rooms, and all three full bathrooms mean post-beach rinses and busy mornings never turn into a queue. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers are all provided, and the in-unit washer and dryer take care of the towels.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen covers everything from a quick breakfast to a full sit-down dinner. You have a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, backed up by cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Pull up a chair at the dining table and you are set - coffee is provided to start the day right.

 

Outdoors & water access

Step outside and the canal is right there. The private backyard offers outdoor furniture and space to relax or dine al fresco, and the fire pit turns evenings into something worth lingering over. The BBQ grill is ready for cookouts, and the dock out front gives you direct canal access - kayaks are on-site, and the beach essentials kit includes beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear for days out on the water. Bikes are also available for exploring the neighborhood. The property sits on the canal with lake access via the dock, opening up the scenic Thousand Islands waterway right from your backyard.

 

Location

Indian Creek Estates is one of those neighborhoods that earns its reputation. It is quiet and residential but genuinely walkable - the beach, local restaurants, surf shops, bars, and Cocoa Beach events are all close enough to reach on foot or by bike. Port Canaveral is nearby for cruise ship watching, and riverfront parks round out the local picture. Free parking is available both on-premises and on the street, so the car stays put as long as you like.

Getting around is easy and flexible. Many guests enjoy walking or biking to nearby beach access, parks, and local dining. Driving is quick for reaching downtown Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, Port Canaveral, and major attractions, and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Parking is available at the home, making day trips along the Space Coast simple and convenient.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Great location within walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants. Was very clean and comfortable. Has a very nice backyard with two fire pits. Would stay here again.
