Out front, you’ll find a patio complete with a grill and fire pit — perfect for entertaining. The expansive yard gently slopes down the hill, making it a wonderful spot for sledding in the winter!

Please be aware that there are several steps leading from the driveway to the front door. If you have accessibility requirements, this property may not be the right fit for you.

This was the perfect home for a small group of family and friends racing/attending Ironman Lake Placid. Unless the group gets too big, we’ll be back to this same property next year!
