Come and enjoy Luxury on Lake, a truly delightful waterfront tiny home cottage on Cayuga Lake. Our home offers expansive lake views with breathtaking sunrises, modern amenities, and is located in the heart of New York`s wine country.
Enjoy paddlesports, boating to wineries, relaxing on the water, nearby dining, golf & entertainment and exploring the natural beauty of the Finger Lakes region. Perfect for a romantic getaway or just to relax and recharge, this home is the ideal place to unwind.

The top floor of the home features a private covered outdoor dining area that is a great place to enjoy your meals, rain or shine. Upon entering the home you will be taken in by the expansive lake views and clean, modern furnishings of this luxury cottage. Guests will enjoy the comforts of the cozy living room furniture and the views of Cayuga Lake from the living room balcony. The living room couch can also be opened to a full sized bed.
On the lower level you can open the remote controlled blinds and watch the sunrise from the cozy built in queen bed. A workstation is also available if you are looking for a space to set up your laptop to work away from home.

The lower level flows into a modern outdoor space where you can lounge in the shade under an over-sized umbrella. You will be able to comfortably access the lake from the built in steps and explore the water in the provided paddle boards.

The home is located on the Northwest part of Cayuga Lake. Bring your boat and tie off on the 50 foot dock. There are 6 wineries that operate boat docks for access to their wineries: Thirsty Owl, Sheldrake Point, Goose Watch, Long Point, Knapp and Buttonwood Grove. This will be a wine tasting experience like nowhere else in the country! Boats can be launched at the Cayuga Lake State Park Boat Ramp located 3/4 of a mile from the home.

The home is situated just a short drive from great shopping and entertainment. Find your perfect piece at the MacKenzie-Childs Outlet barn, visit the Waterloo Premium Outlets, roll the dice at Del Lago Casino and Resort and visit many local spas and wineries.

Active guests can enjoy hiking at Taughannock Falls State Park, golf at Seneca Falls Country Club, or enjoy a game of pickleball at Goose Watch Winery.

Experience winter on the North end of Cayuga Lake with classic ice fishing for perch, lake trout, and northern pike.

***Please note we have a removable dock that is stored on the lower deck space during the winter and spring months. Please check with the hosts if you’d like to know if it’s been installed or removed. Timing is flexible due to seasonal factors beyond our control***

You`ll have access to the entire home

Our home may not be suitable for guests that have trouble with stairs. Inside the home we have a metal spiral staircase, while on the outside we have multiple steps from the road down to the patio.
As much as we love dogs we don’t feel this property is appropriate for them. There is no yard space for potty breaks and the staircase may be too narrow and difficult for them.
We do not have a boat lift and guests will be responsible for removing boats at the nearby launch during inclement weather.
