You’ll feel right at home in this two-bedroom holiday rental!<br><br>With 61 m² of living space, you’ll find a comfortably furnished open-concept living/dining area, a separate cosy bedroom, and a modern bathroom. <br><br>The highlight of the holiday rental is the large terrace, where you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The terrace is partially covered and is situated in a quiet, sheltered spot surrounded by mature trees.<br><br>The cosy seating area in the living room offers a wonderful spot to relax with the whole family. It is equipped with a sofa area, a modern TV with cable, internet streaming, and a soundbar, as well as a stereo system. You can connect your device to the soundbar or stereo system via Bluetooth. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the holiday rental.<br><br>The open, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and a convection oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker ensure a delicious breakfast, so you can comfortably prepare your own meals during your holiday. The kitchen is connected to the cheerfully decorated dining area by a breakfast bar. Shared meals and game nights around the large dining table round out the day.<br><br>The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Two additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedding can be stored in the bed storage compartment during the day.<br><br>The holiday rental has tile floors, making it very easy to clean, and the shower room is fully equipped with marble.<br><br>In the basement of the house, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use.<br><br>The apartment comes with a private parking space.
