The Space:

Come explore the beauty of Lake Tahoe while staying at this cozy, three-story condo! You'll find all the conveniences of a home plus access to incredible community amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and tennis and basketball courts.



On the first level of the home, you'll find two bedrooms (one with a flatscreen TV and access to a balcony), a shared full bath, and a stackable washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs during your stay! Climb up the stairs to reach the second level of the home. Here, you'll find the main living space, one bedroom, and a full bath. Prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or grill out on the deck while taking in the views of nature. There are several hiking books as well as many board games for the whole family to enjoy and the living room, with its wood-burning fireplace, is the perfect place to relax and catch up on everyone's day. Upstairs is the loft area, which offers a nice and secluded sleeping nook with two comfortable beds. Guests of this incredible condo will also enjoy a shared, seasonal pool, and tennis courts.



Things to Know

Please note that the WiFi can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.

We have stayed here 2x and its been a great find! It is cozy and was a perfect size for our family of 5. Great location and short distance to Northstar where we have season passes. My only complaint would be the beds are really hard and a little tough to sleep on after a long day of skiing!

Loved the space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The shower was amazing and the double sinks such a plus. Washer and dryer with laundry was lovely Parking was easy and just needed the heat a little bit. Great location centrally located for fun at Tahoe.

Lots of beds: 2 queen, 4 twins. A nice usable kitchen with coffee maker, lots of board games included. Only thing that's not ideal is the TV is tiny, but you should see that in the pictures before booking if that's important to you.

Epic family vacay!

This Kingswood home had a great layout and was extremely comfortable. Although the listing says 4 twin beds, there was only three. The trundle bed is missing its bottom mattress. The location is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the loft with the kids toys. If we were staying longer we definitely would've played one of the many fun family board games or puzzles. We would definitely stay here again.

2 days in Lake Tahoe

The property was what we expected. Our only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. We had some excitement during our stay - a bear roamed the parking lot and after attempting to get into a few closed truck beds, opened a car door and got in the car! A few minutes later the bear entered a condo and was shooed out by the resident! So, be warned! Lock your car doors and condo door and dont leave your windows open!!

Not clean, poor communication, poor problem solving

Dog hair on the sofa, sand on dresser and in sheets, dirty kitchen linen. A lot of back and forth texting with various nameless folks, nothing was done. Had to ask for partial refund and was given $50 refund on cleaning fee.
