Charming Villa Cirka located in Sveti Kirin, a beautiful natural environment will provide you with a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa offers accommodation for a total of 12+2 (maximum 12 adults) people in a pleasant environment with Istrian details and a modern interior. The ground floor of the villa is an open type with a living room, equipped kitchen and dining room. We have also have a Playstation 4 with 25 games for kids & adults. There is an external bedroom with double bed and bathroom by the pool. On the ground floor there is also a bunk bed room , and on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (all with double bed) with 4 bathrooms. In the yard of the Villa there is a private pool, and an outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, table, and chairs to enjoy dinner. On the balcony there is a relaxation point for morning exercise or yoga. The pool can also be heated on request. Come to Villa Cirka and enjoy your Holiday!

The accommodation was great, very clean and well equipped. Check in totally uncomplicated and fast, just like the check out. Pictures are exactly as in live, good location just outside, very quiet and you don't notice anything from the neighbors. We were 9 adults and 6 children and the accommodation was perfect for this. Would come again anytime

Eine große Villa mit viel Platz und tollen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Pool, Tischtennis, Billard und Kicker). Sehr viele liebevolle Details im Haus, gut ausgestattet. Service vor Ort toll, die Außendusche wurde unverzüglich repariert, als diese nicht einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Das Zimmer mit dem Stockbett ist im EG, alle anderen Schlafzimmer im 1. OG bzw. 1 noch im Poolhaus. Rundum sehr zu empfehlen für einen schönen Urlaub!

Super tolle Villa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Luca hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und bei Bedarf wurde sofort gehandelt. Wir hatten die Weinprobe im Paket mit gebucht und das war sehr gut. Der Pool war sauber und groß genug. Sonnenschirme waren auch groß genug. Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Geschirrspühlmittel und Gewürze waren vorhanden. Zum Einkaufen mussten wir mit dem Auto fahren. Es gab keinen Supermarkt oder Bäcker im Ort. War für uns aber nicht schlimm. Pula, Rovinj sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Villa mit neuen Bädern und einer super Küche. Die Kaffeemaschine müsste vlt mal entkalkt werden. Wir haben auch den Grill in der Aussenküche genutzt und die super überdachte Terrasse. Wir können die Villa und Luca nur empfehlen. Kaffeemaschine entkalken. Sie lief sehr langsam.

Ich feierte meinen 60sten Geburtstag mit Gästen, eine perfektere Location kann man nicht finden!

Die Lage ist perfekt und alle wichtigen Städte sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar! Das Haus ist mehr als gepflegt und mit ALLEM reichlich ausgestattet. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus vorhanden, mit eigenem Eingang zum Grundstück! Die Sauberkeit hat mich und meine Gäste überrascht, und war perfekt. Wir freuen uns darauf, dieses Haus wieder zu buchen!
