Welcome to your perfect Seattle getaway in the heart of Alki!

This spacious 3-bedroom, three-story suite offers some of the Pacific Northwest’s most iconic views, a private hot tub, and plenty of room for up to 8 guests—perfect for families, friends, or groups traveling together.

Located just minutes from downtown Seattle and steps from the beach, restaurants, and the Alki waterfront, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful coastal vibe with easy access to the city and stadiums.

Note on Property Layout: This home is one half of a duplex. The other half is occupied by a respectful, long-term tenant. We ask that our guests remain mindful of noise levels to ensure a great experience for everyone on the property.

Deck Access: The large deck is technically shared, but we have designated the majority of the space for our guests. The long-term tenant only uses the small portion directly in front of their unit, leaving the rest of the panoramic views and seating areas for your enjoyment.

Privacy: Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a completely private entrance and access to the entire three-story unit. While the building is a duplex, there are no shared interior spaces, ensuring your group has total autonomy and a quiet, separate retreat throughout your stay. The hot tub is also for your exclusive use.

This is a very beautiful house with great amenities and a stunning view. We enjoyed out time there very much. The only thing I would caution folks about is that while there are three bedrooms, as advertised, one is much inferior, and disconnected from a full bathroom, so they are definitely not equal at all. Depending on your group, this may matter to you.

Everything was perfection. I enjoyed it immensely. Communication. LOCATION. The views . The one and only thing, and maybe I just didn’t remember seeing it in the description was that I thought I was renting a full single house to myself. I still got everything pictured and the spaces available to me were perfectly, but it wasn’t until I was out on the deck that I saw the other half of the house had someone living in it with a locked door separating us. It just caught me off guard and scared me a little bit since I was traveling alone. All this to say, I had zero issues once I figured out the situation. Would 1000% rent again. I only went into downtown Seattle once because I love this area so much, and the convenience to walk to everywhere I wanted to go was lovely.

The view is what makes this house, it is undeniably the best part. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was just the right amount of homeyness - guitar, binoculars, fresh flowers when we arrived, couch blankets, etc. The location was great for traveling into and out of Seattle. The neighborhood felt safe and family friendly, and the beach was only an 8 min walk. We would definitely rent here again.
