Sea Watch 1115 is a 2 bedroom plus enclosed den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a daybed with a trundle (2 twins) in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV's, 1 tube TV, 3 DVD players, and free WiFi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks. New carpet in 2024. Combine a full week and a mini-week for an extended vacation! Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL#0032893
