The primary suite is a true highlight, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and a private ensuite bathroom. Sliding glass doors open directly onto an oceanfront balcony, allowing you to wake up to soothing sea breezes and the sound of rolling waves. The two additional bedrooms are equally inviting, and every bedroom is equipped with its own TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The open living space is welcoming and designed for both relaxation and connection. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Enjoy meals indoors, then step out onto the balcony with outdoor seating—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or watching dolphins glide by offshore.
Guests at Dune Daze enjoy access to excellent community amenities, including a refreshing community pool, grills for outdoor cookouts, and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. An outdoor storage closet near the elevator and beach access makes it easy to store beach gear and grab what you need on your way to the shore. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-2 parking passes only per HOA
-Use entrance for Building 4 and 5
-Laundry is located room outside across entrance door
-Outdoor storage area does not have a lock. Guests are welcome to bring their own lock if they prefer to use one during their stay.
