The chef’s kitchen is anchored by an oversized island with seating for six—equally suited for slow mornings, shared meals, and evening gatherings.

🌿 Just beyond, a solid wood dining table for eight sits in a bright, airy setting overlooking the water, with direct access to a private balcony for quiet moments or a breath of fresh air. A small step down leads to the relaxed family room, where plush seating, a large TV for streaming, and a curated selection of games create an inviting space to unwind.

Ride share services like Uber and Lyft can be limited, especially later in the evening or after events at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, so planning ahead is always helpful.
There is a daily bus from New York City to Monticello, though you’ll still need a car from there to reach the property.

On concert days, traffic in the area can pick up, so giving yourself a little extra time to get around is a good idea.

Concert Traffic: The home is located just minutes from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. On concert days, especially in the evenings, you can expect increased traffic in the area and along nearby roads. Travel times may be slightly longer during these periods.

Lake Access & Swimming: The property offers direct lake access. Swimming and all water activities are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety at all times.

Watercraft Use: If using kayaks, canoes, or other water equipment (if provided), guests assume full responsibility. Life jackets are strongly recommended for all ages.

Children Supervision: Due to the lake and natural surroundings, children must be supervised at all times while outdoors.
