The Space:

On the top floor of this two story 4 units building, you'll have privacy and beautiful views. When you enjoy the ocean breeze and the views from almost every window, relaxing is inevitable. Linens, fully stocked kitchen, and beach necessities such as towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie board are provided.

Host is minutes away in case of need.

Beach, bay, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance.

Guest Access:

One assigned free parking space in the complex. Space number 3 which is located behind the building. Can access it from the adjacent alley.

Please note that Spot #3 is very tight and only suitable for small vehicles. Your car must remain completely inside the red lines at all times to avoid parking tickets.



The Neighborhood:

Close to Sea World, Balboa Park, Mission Beach, Belmont Park, La Jolla and all that San Diego has to offer. Bikes, scooters and paddle boards available for rent near by.



Getting Around:

A short uber ride from the airport can get you to the condo, from everything else you can just walk around. But if you choose to drive, there's one assigned parking space and plenty of street parking.



Interaction with Guests:

Host lives locally so communication is a breeze. Texting is preferred but calling is ok too. Host can usually be on property within a hour to remedy any issue.
