We initially had an issue with parking but our host was very responsive and we were able to get a resolution. The building is in a great neighborhood and easy walking distance to restaurants and train. We would definitely stay again.
This VRBO was clean, and very conveniently located by a grocery store and the Red Line. They included all of the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. We were provided the wrong door code in our check-in email, but I messaged the property staff and they were very prompt in responding even though it was 6pm on a Friday.

Photos in the listing show shared spaces in the building but it was unclear that these were shared spaces.
The property was very clean and simple and the complex was very nice and clean as well. We didn't spend much time in the unit, aside from sleeping. 2-3 block walk to the red line. We came to Chicago to see Chicago, not spend time inside.
Every part of the experience from check in to check out was smooth. One question I had was promptly answered. A great stay and would 100% stay at this property again!
The building was centrally located with a fully equipped terrace to spend some time enjoying the weather, as well as a clean bright interior. Our group had enough of everything we needed (toiletries, linens, dishware) and were even pleasantly surprised to find cookware. Each space was able to be temperature controlled, and the Smart TV let us view our own photo slideshow on the large screen. The management checked in frequently and was very available and approachable, though we did not need to contact them.
Great building in a good location with parking nearby. Close to subway just three stops from Wrigleyville and four or five stops from downtown. I would surely do this again.
The over all experience was positive. There was a crack in one of the windows in the guest. The sofa was not very comfortable, but the four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in addition to a full kitchen area with dishes were definitely worth the money. The value was very good and the location was in a quiet upper scale area. The service person Anthony was responsive lot questions that were asked.
The place is in an excellent location, a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and transit. Great views as well! It was clean and in good shape. The host was quick and efficient with contact. Access to the building and room was simple. Something was wrong with the laundry machine, it left what appears to be rust stains all over several of our clothes. Other than that, everyone was in working order. The host did charge a security deposit via an external website (which is a violation of VRBO policy). I did ultimately get refunded, but this adds significant risk to the renter as it bypasses any protection offered by VRBO.The host required uploading my driver's license to an external website as part of a background check. I understand the need for verification, but I would feel more secure keeping all communication through VRBO.
I traveled with a group of 7. 2 adults and 5 children.
The location is perfect. Just minutes from everything we wanted to visit. Parking was not great and had to pay an extra fee. We attempted to park I. The street the first night and had to walk 3 blocks. Then the parking spot was almost $400 for the week.
There were no dressers or furniture to put your clothes. There was a closet available. Also, if you’re a cold person be aware that this building only has the AC available from April-November. It was a bit in the chilly side and there was no way to turn any heat on.
The host Anthony was very responsive and transparent. Overall, I would stay there again, keeping in mind the time of year for Chicago.

The unit was exactly as advertised, it was clean, roomy and well-equipped. It is furnished with decent furnishings and there is sufficient lighting and outlets in all rooms. It is in a hip, safe part of town with shopping, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The demographic skews younger and everyone seems to own a dog as the sidewalks and crowded in the mornings and evenings with dogs of all types. The building had a nice gym and community spaces and a small park next to it. The main entrance is sometimes staffed but there is an entry code that is always required. There were a few oddities in the unit. It took some hunting to find the various items like the cleaning supplies, room amenities and whatnot. They were often distributed in various bedroom closets rather all in than the main room closet like you might expect. They often provided only 1 of some items (like detergent, garbage bags) when more would have been helpful (especially with 6 people). However, the support number was quite good at resolving any such issues quickly.Because the unit is managed by a larger organization, there appear to be some internal communications issues. We had signed up for late checkout but apparently that message was lost and the cleaning crew arrived early. We also received messages asking if we would like late checkout long after we were granted it. So if you ask for anything special make sure to keep double checking that everyone knows.
Es una ubicación excelente y el edificio tiene los amenities necesarios, el departamento es espacioso, pero podría tener algunas mesas de noche mas y mejorar las persianas, todo lo demás extraordinario.
