Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used linens in black bins. Any unused linens should be left in the house. Do not remove Quilts and mattress pads and blankets or rugs, as they are laundered on site.
Remove all trash and leave the house tidy as you found it.
Roll cans to the street for trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home was clean and we liked the beach decor. Great location; close to the beach. We could hear the waves! Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Home could use a few improvements: updated shower in the upstairs bathroom and new mattress is needed in the upstairs main bedroom. Overall, nice home and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
