Guests have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living room, laundry, and parking. Enjoy easy self-check-in through the smart lock.

✔ DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure that each guest is a great fit for our home and to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted third-party partner, Truvi.

Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected.

A non-refundable $35 fee is requested to complete the verification. This step is necessary to finalize your reservation and proceed with check-in. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.
