Located in a residential area of the town of Porto Santo Stefano, the Sole apartment offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Tuscan archipelago. Cosy 2-family house. In the resort Porto Santo Stefano, 1.4 km from the centre, in an elevated position in the residential district, 2.5 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 7 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, riding stable 20 km, walking paths from the house 850 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Ercole 14 km, Orbetello 12 km, Feniglia 24 km, Capalbio 37 km, Talamone 27 km. Hiking paths: Oasi WWF Naturale di Orbetello 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
