Whether you’re looking for a quiet weekend escape or a cozy home base for exploring the area, this charming retreat offers comfort and convenience. A brand new space offering a full bath with step in shower, queen-size bed dressed in soft, high-quality linens, leather recliner sofa in living room, and much more.Located across the street from Lake Louise Park, which offers fishing, hiking, walking trail, picnic shed and tables, playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts, biking, workout equipment, and local Community Center. A short one mile walk to the heart of downtown Weaverville which offers shopping, restaurants, breweries, and small town charm. On Wednesday afternoons, head over to the community center for the farmers market, where you’ll find a great selection of fresh, organic produce and locally made goods. Just a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Asheville. Offering numerous breweries, art galleries, roof top restaurants, live music around every corner, and the famous Biltmore Estate. Take a great hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway, a short 12 minute drive away. This one bedroom, one bath suite offers comfort and convenience.
