Rare central air conditioning, Close to Coligny, Oceanside Snowbirds

This is a NON-SMOKING one bedroom with queen size bed, one bathroom condo with 2 sofa style futon beds and two small bunk beds for children.
This sea side villa has a newly installed central air conditioning which is rare and makes the unit very comfortable compared to others that only have the hotel type window unit to cool the entire place.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots & pans, etc. It has a convenient location on the first floor with elevator access. The property features 2 pools, washer/dryer on each floor, covered parking, and security gate.
This is the perfect condo for a couple or a SMALL family. (Family with small children)

Sea Side Villas are on a beautiful stretch of beach on the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. The complex is an oceanfront property. The condo does have an ocean view. Hilton Head is a wonderful retreat for golfers and tennis players. We are just a few blocks from the Players Club and just a five minute drive to Sea Pines & Harbor Town. This is the place to be if you love to bike! Wonderful paved biking trails through shaded parts of the island. You can not beat the location which is just minutes from Coligny Plaza, where you will find great dining, shopping, and nightly entertainment. And most of all you can not beat the rates!! These rates are some of the lowest for Sea Side Villas!

Perfect weekend getaway spot for a couple.

I always love staying at Seaside villas when it is just two of us. Not ideal for a family but perfect for a couple! Right on the beach and close to a lot of attractions! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

We had a great time at Hilton Head. We always stay in Sea Side Villas and this unit was great for my wife and I. Its right by the pool, can park right next to room, and is a super easy walk to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect time! Condo was plenty big enough for 2 and a very short walk to the beach. We found it nice to have the pool right outside in case we didn’t want to walk to the beach. Would definitely book again!

I love staying in this condo. This is my second time staying here and I really enjoyed it. The location is great and the condo is stocked with everything you need for a great get away. As others have said, the mattresses aren't great, but you can't beat that price!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sea Side Villas ll. My grand daughter and I had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head. We were so close to everything that we wanted to do. We rode bikes, went to the beach, the theater and the Light House. The convenience of where we were staying was a major bonus. We will be back!

Great for our short stay

This was what we needed for our weekend stay at HHI. Convenient location. This condo was at the end of the build so we got some road noise and was fairly close to the dumpster when the came with the truck at 4 am. Otherwise, it worked perfect for us. Plenty of linens, extra pillows and other comforts. Would stay here again.

Steps to the beach!

Great condo! It was perfect for an end of the summer get away. Nice view from the deck of the beach and don't get hit by the sun so it stays cooler. It's an end unit but no street noise from the inside. Great pool!
