My wife and I just checked out of this awesome Vrbo. Everything looked very new/ clean. While the apartment is great on its own, its location is truly what earns it 5 stars. You are situated down town just steps from restaurants, bars, and ocean views. We stayed down here for 4 days 3 nights. We worked remotely for one day and the internet was easily able handle video calls. The bed is extremely comfortable and a refreshing site to come back to after a day on the beach. The rental company that hosts the Vrbo is very responsive but on occasion can be delayed getting an answer from the local team. Some additional quick important notes not called out in the listing. They have 2 nice beach chairs you can take for the beach, there are also 2 nice bikes and helmets with the beach chairs. We didn’t use the bikes but they look new.The restaurant across the street turns into a club that bumps music until 12:30. While it didn’t bother us I could see it being problematic for guest with children or that go to bed early. Lastly I think the most important thing to point out about this rental is that there is nowhere to store your clothing. My wife and I were fine living out of our suitcases for the couple of days but sent a note to the host with the recommendation of adding some sort of option for guests staying longer.All that being said, we would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
