Great location. Hot tub is huge! Room was generally clean, other than some tiny stains. Wish they provided pool towels in the room. Mini fridge/freezer was smaller than expected, but worked for our needs.
This property was great for a spring break trip with my son. It is an easy walk to the resort, restaurants, and lifts. The condo was clean and had just enough functionality in the kitchen for simple meals. The hot tub was a great addition since it was operational during our stay too.

A wonderful place to stay!!
The room is clean and cozy. The kitchen is very functional, and the bed is super comfy! I loved the communal hot tub, with a view of the ski mountain. And the shower/bath inside the room is super nice as well.
Short, easy walk to the base of the resort. What a joy!

Nice Location - Unreasonable Checkout
Checking out at 10 AM is not normal and somewhat unreasonable.

A wonderful room!
The room is cozy and functional! The kitchen has all the basics you need, as does the Roku TV. You can see the mountain from the window, or from the awesome hot tub one story below. Most importantly, it's just a couple minutes by foot to reach the base and start skiing!!

Some utensils/dishware weren’t clean, wish the description had been clear about a few things- no oven, just 2 electric burners which smoked and set off the smoke alarm, dorm-size fridge with no freezer (the tiny freezer area was nothing but a chunk of ice), Vacasa did not text/email the common door code which was written on a card in the unit that we didn’t come across until day 2, and when I called for help with the door code I was given the run around. Fortunately a wonderful woman named Gail helped me out in a pinch (that woman deserves a raise), and the parking is a bit of a struggle simply because the spots are tight/not a lot of room to turn around. And you have to pay to park in the garage. Just charge an extra 20 per night and include parking in the rental fee. You need three different codes for parking, room and hot tub entry, all delivered via different messages/emails. The location cannot be beat and the hot tub/out door space is fantastic. All the other things were mostly inconveniences but there were so many that it made the start of our stay unnecessarily stressful.

Fun Ski Trip!
My kids and I came here for their first ski trip over Spring Break. We had everything we needed. Minimal in the kitchen area, so we had to rethink our meals (we ate in our room often), and the room could use a few more dishes... but there's a dishwasher so we just ran that often.
We enjoyed using the hot tub after skiing all day, and the proximity to the lifts was good. Great stay at Founders Point!
Property was clean and comfortable. It's on th eother side of the building from the elevator so you have to walk around the whole building whenever you come and go. not the best when in ski boots or hauling your luggage but for the price it's hard to beat compared to other units. The property is across the street and about 150 yard walk to the gondola which isn't too bad as it's mostly flat. There are ski lockers on the 1st floor which is convenient. Access to the garage was a pain as we did not realize there was an extra fee for that not included in the price of the condo and there is no other place to park. We had to contact the rental agency to get that straightened out before the garage access would work. I did not see this in the description for the unit but I could have missed that and the per night fee seemed high for a guest. We did not use the hot tub but it looked nice and was well maintained. Our view was of the courtyard where the hot tub was and you could see part of the mountain.Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided which was nice. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but that typical of those so it's something to keep in mind if you need to use it.It's listed as ski-in/ski-out but it is not on the slopes and the unit is across the street.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jacob. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. Your feedback is very important to us, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. We will document your concerns regarding the stained bedding, cleanliness of the bathroom, the hot tub being out of commission, parking issues, and the lack of communication from our local team. This information will be escalated to our team for further investigation. Thank you for your patience as we work to address these matters. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.
Property was right across from the base of the mountain. 3-5 minute walk in boots to the gondola. Restaurants and convenience store in the same area. Condo is a pretty basic studio...no complaints. It was great having indoor parking on the ground floor. We just left our skis/poles in our car, but I think there is a ski locker. Overall perfect for my daughter and I to get in a quick two day ski trip.

Nice little place and great location
The room was clean, bed was comfortable and it has really easy access to the mountain, several nice hikes and is a beautiful area. A couple of Things to be aware of is this does not have A/C. It got quite warm at night even with the window open, but only an issue during the summer. The second thing is it only has a sheet and basically a bed cover, but no additional blankets. Wasn’t an issue for us because of no A/C. Third thing is that you could hear people above us at 2:00 AM walking around and moving chairs, so not the best insulation between rooms. With that said, we enjoyed our stay.
Central location was nice. Parking code never worked. Nobody was was available to help. There is no front help desk to help. No cellphone reception in that area so had to forget about trying to get non-local assistance. Neighboring room was very noisy which was a spoiler. Otherwise good skiing and close to some basic places to eat dinner.
Great property and location. A chest of drawers (maybe placed underneath TV) would be helpful for storage. The coffee pot did not go with the coffee maker even though they were the same brand. The coffee would not drip through bc the pot was too short. We placed knives under the pot so it would be high enough to trigger the water flow. Once we figured that out, we were good. Nice to be in walking distance of the gondola and village shopping. We would stay there again.
