This adorable one-bedroom condo features a welcoming mountain motif outfitted with contemporary furnishes and amenities, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a little extra room to spread out. A river rock hearth and gas fireplace provide cozy ambiance and warmth throughout the open living area. Great location!

Comfy apartment that has a patio next to small river rapids and also only 1/4 mile from town. There are great hiking trails that are an easy walk to various trailheads or short drive. Beautiful lake and various restaurants. Loved my stay!

We celebrated our anniversary. We were married at the Grand Lake Lodge 26 years ago! The location was perfect and the sound of the river at night was incredibly soothing. The condo needs an update and a deep clean, but it was cozy and walking distance to our favorite cute little town of Grand lake. We would stay again!

Loved it!

Our favorite thing about the condo was the patio right next to the river. There was a table and chairs so we sat outside and relaxed to the beautiful sound of the river. We really enjoyed our time and we will go back for more visits.

Location is nice, right in town. You’re right by a rapids river which gets a bit loud. The place is fine.

Very sweet place they have a river Outback where you can sit and listen to the water in the trees very pretty. Grand Lake is just amazing and this place was just enough for what we needed. Super cute
