Loved it! I have stayed on the river more than a few times but never on this side (under the bridge past Roger’s park) but it was great! 5 min to Roger’s Park via my pedal Kayak. Home was clean and updated. Has so many kayaks available on-site including kids’ kayaks.

Host is very prompt with communication. Don’t have to wait long for a reply. Everything is as advertised in the pictures. Couple things that were inconvenient was the few dead roaches in the house that we removed when we first got there and there was no lighter fluid or lighter to be found on the property for the fire pit. Had to go to the nearest store to purchase those items. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was awesome. We would definitely stay again.

This neighborhood has always been a favorite for us for taking the boat out, going kayaking with the kids, riding the jet skis, fishing or enjoying the beautiful crystal clear fresh water. Wonderful water front restaurants with live music and welcoming locals only blocks away.
