Spending the night on a houseboat was an interesting and unique experience. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, watching the calm water. The unit was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend a stay here anytime, but particularly if you're looking for something fun and different.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the boat! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet, with a water view and restaurants nearby. Paula provided all the information we needed to feel welcome and confident.
Came into La Crosse for a market visit. Never stayed on a houseboat before…but I can say that the experience was great. The Hosts were very accommodating and genuinely care about their travelers. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting La Crosse. Thank you again!!
Super fun and super different to stay on a boat for a couple nights! There was plenty of room for four of us. The river is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful.
This was our first time - and on a whim - staying on a houseboat for lodging. We didn't know what to expect and the boat and the Marina restaurant & bar far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.
This was a wonderful and new experience for my husband and I. Neither of us had ever been on a houseboat and this one was stunning and equipped with everything we needed. Close to wonderful restaurants that were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
Unique spot! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and boats go by. The boat was very clean and accommodating. It was well stocked with everything you would need.
It was very cool to stay on a real houseboat, in a real marina. Very quiet and clean. Staying on a houseboat is like staying in an RV. Keep that in mind.Enjoying cocktails or the sun on the decks of the boat was awesome. So was floating in the river and taking our fishing boat out for cruises. Bring a floating chair or a noodle to soak in the river with a cold beer.Nearby restaurants were excellent. Bar food at Tom Sawyers and salmon with risotto at Castaways...all within the marina property. Local golf was terrific at Forest Hills. The host is relatively new and open to recommendations and suggestions for making futures stays better for everyone. Definitely an interesting, unique stay.

Thanks both for the great review and also the excellent suggestions! Continuous improvement always! We’d love to have you visit with us again.
The boat was clean, the beds were very comfortable, we checked in around 6pm on a Friday night and both restaurant parking lots were very busy for parking, but there was a man directing traffic which was very helpful. We will definitely book a stay again!
We had the best time! Such a unique and beautiful experience! Especially enjoyed sitting on the deck after sunset. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!
