About this property

Private Lakefront Estate - 2 Homes in Olympic National Park - Private Beach

Welcome to Hawk’s Landing Private Estate, a rare Lake Quinault retreat featuring two fully renovated homes reserved exclusively for your group. Located inside Olympic National Park, the approximately one-acre property offers 144 feet of private shoreline, direct beach access and beautiful views of the lake and surrounding Quinault Rain Forest.

The estate is ideal for extended families, multiple families and groups who want to stay together while still enjoying the space and privacy of two separate homes. Together, the homes provide five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living areas, two full kitchens, large deckand ample on-site parking.

1,834-square-foot A-frame home
The distinctive A-frame home has three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size Beautyrest mattress. It includes one full bathroom with a shower and a separate half bathroom.
The main living room features soaring ceilings, warm wood accents and large windows framing sweeping views of Lake Quinault and the forest. The home also has its own fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine, dining table with seating for six, deck and BBQ grill.

1,512-square-foot two-bedroom home
The second home offers two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size Beautyrest mattress. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a large soaking tub overlooking Lake Quinault.
This home also includes a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine, dining table with seating for six, deck and BBQ grill.

Accommodations for up to 10 guests
The estate’s five permanent beds comfortably accommodate 10 guests:
Two king-size beds
Three queen-size beds

Both homes were completely remodeled in 2026, and all furniture was purchased new in 2026. Premium Beautyrest mattresses provide a comfortable night’s sleep after a day of exploring the lake and rainforest.

Every room has an individual mini-split system with its own heating and air-conditioning controls. Guests can adjust each room independently for personalized year-round comfort.

Each home has its own full kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee and everyday essentials. Additional conveniences include two dishwashers, laundry machines and plenty of dining space.

Entertainment and connectivity

Stay connected with approximately 50 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the living room and DIRECTV in the main living areas.

The North Shore of Lake Quinault offers excellent cellular coverage from major carriers, particularly compared with no coverage in other areas around the lake.

Private lakefront setting
Because both homes are included in this reservation, the entire estate is reserved for your group. Enjoy private use of both decks, the yard, the beach trail and all 144 feet of shoreline.

The outdoor spaces include two BBQ grills and two dining tables with combined seating for up to 12 guests. Prepare meals outdoors, enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water or gather together after a day of exploring.

Follow the trail through the yard directly to Lake Quinault. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, fishing, exploring the shoreline or simply relaxing beside the water. Keep an eye out for hawks, deer, river otters and other wildlife passing through the lake and forest.

Explore Lake Quinault
Nearby activities include hiking through temperate rainforest, visiting waterfalls, driving the scenic Quinault Rain Forest Loop and seeing some of the world’s largest trees.

Popular nearby destinations include July Creek, Maple Glade Rain Forest Trail, Kestner Homestead Trail and the Valley of the Rainforest Giants. Kayak and canoe rentals are seasonally available through Lake Quinault Lodge.

Lake Quinault is a peaceful and remote destination with limited grocery and dining options nearby. We recommend purchasing major groceries before arriving in the area.

Whether you are planning a family reunion, group vacation, outdoor adventure or peaceful retreat, Hawk’s Landing offers the comfort, space and privacy of an entire lakefront estate inside Olympic National Park.
