In the hamlet Krančići 500 m from the centre of Kaštelir, 15 km from the centre of Poreč, in a sunny position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 6 km, pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 10 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Video surveillance of the driveway and parking.

1 Woche Kastelir im Juli'23

Wir waren zwei Väter mit zwei Söhnen (15 Jhr jeweils) für eine Woche in Kastelir. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren überaus nett und hilfreich. Der Ort Kastelir deckt im Grunde genommen den täglichen Bedarf ab (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants) und eignet sich gut f. Tagesausflüge. Lediglich das Internet hat nur bescheiden funktioniert, aber ist im Urlaub ja auch mal ganz angenehm. Es lag wohl am Provider nicht an der Location.

Die Villa Prudensia ist ein hervorragend ausgestattetes, nagelneues und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus im Hinterland von Porec. In ruhiger Lage und nur ca 10km vom Zentrum von Porec entfernt nahe der Ausfahrt von Visnjan, hat man einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Istrien. Uns haben besonders die 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, der Pool und die moderne Küche gefallen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief vorbildlich, Vorrspiesenteller und Wein zum Empfang inklusive. Toll!
