Tucked away in downtown Saugatuck, this charming property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Spend your days exploring all the local attractions that make Saugatuck such a beloved getaway – all within a flat walk from your door. From shops, restaurants, and art galleries to the waterfront boardwalk and many parks, there is something for everyone.

When you're ready to slow down, return to Tides of Saugatuck where you'll find a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful landscaping, tranquil koi ponds, and inviting outdoor spaces.

Tides of Saugatuck is home to three private suites – Cove, Harbor, and Dune – that share a collection of amenities. During the summer months, cool off in the outdoor swimming pool, stretch out on a lounge chair with a good book, or gather on the pool deck for an afternoon in the sun. The year-round hot tub offers the perfect place to relax after a day exploring, while the fire pit creates a cozy gathering spot in every season.

Dune Suite is the largest of the three suites and accommodates up to six guests. Located on the main level, some stairs are still required to access the entrance. The suite offers two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The large kitchen features quality appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A casual dining area just off the kitchen overlooks the koi ponds, while a wet bar connects the kitchen to the formal dining room. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a Murphy bed for two additional guests.

One of the suite's most unique features is the king bedroom, accessed through a hidden bookshelf doorway off the living room. This bedroom also includes an ensuite half bathroom. The second bedroom and full bathroom are located off the formal dining room. The full bathroom features a large glass walk-in shower with a specialty showerhead and double vanity.

The gem of Dune Suite is the expansive covered front balcony. With room to relax and dine outdoors, it offers views of Lake Street along with glimpses of the harbor through the trees.

Beyond downtown Saugatuck, some of the area's most popular attractions are just a short drive away. Spend a day at the sandy beaches on Lake Michigan, visit local wineries and breweries, discover scenic hiking trails, or experience the area's boating, fishing, and vibrant dining scene.

Whether you're planning a romantic escape, a weekend with friends, or a longer stay, Tides of Saugatuck provides a comfortable home base for enjoying everything the Saugatuck Douglas area has to offer.

Please Note:
- Each suite includes one dedicated off-street parking space. Additional public parking is available throughout downtown Saugatuck, just a short walk away.
- The swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor grounds are shared by guests staying in all three suites. We ask that guests be courteous of one another, keep noise at a reasonable level, and help maintain these shared spaces for everyone to enjoy.
- Cove Suite and Harbor Suite are located on the upper level. Please note that stairs are required to access all three suites, including Dune Suite.
- Bed sizes and configurations are provided as accurately as possible but are subject to change without notice.
- Laundry facilities are not available for guest use at this property.
