We have stayed at many rentals through the years and this one ranks right up at the top! Katie is an amazing host - always quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is lovely and it is the BEST equipped kitchen we've ever seen! Top quality cookware, knives, cutlery, spices, etc. and plenty of dishes, glasses and more! We loved using the electric kettle for tea and the Nespresso machine. Which leads me to my next positive: Having things supplied for our stay including trash bags, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, an abundance of TP, quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash!! We really enjoyed using the fireplace (and yes, they even provided firewood!), the deck, & especially the sunroom. The linens were top quality, beds were super comfy & the rain shower heads . . . lovely! There are so many sweet, warm touches throughout and many details I'm sure I'm forgetting but suffice it to say, you will NOT be disappointed with this property! There was even a sweet, little basket in the bathroom with toothbrushes and other 'incidentals'. The location is OUTSTANDING . . . quiet, right across from the beach and a wonderful walkway, providing the most amazing sunsets! We were able to walk to get coffee, dinner etc. as well. My ONLY two suggestions: A dresser and somewhere to hang clothes in bunk bed room would be better than the lockers & a little lamp and/or floor lamp in sunroom would be lovely. But those 2 minor things did NOTHING to change our desire to return next year!
