About this property

Wonderfull charming house for one family with huge garden and private pool

This large family cottage is situated in wonderful surroundings only 3 km from Cecina and 5 km from the seaside. It is surrounded by olive trees The property has a private entrance and private parking space. 100 m² of space are available for our guests and it is perfect for a family with 2 children. It contains a large living room with dining area with a living area with 2 sofa and big windows. There is a well - furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and a gas fired stove. The bedrooms make up the sleeping area with double bed. The modern bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet and bidet. The entire house is furnished in a very appealing Tuscan style. A SAT-TV is also provided as well as a washing machine. and WiFi. The central heating will also allow visits in spring and autumn. For hot summer days there is also a climate which is to be paid extra. The large garden with garden furniture and a BBQ is ideal for relaxing and for children to play and have fun in the new pool, 9x4 m.

Tolles Haus mit viel Privatsphäre

Wir waren im absolut heißen Hochsommer hier im Haus und daher sehr dankbar für dieses tolle Ferienhaus mit Pool und Klimaanlage. Für uns war das Haus nahezu perfekt, genau die richtige Größe, nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß, ein toller Garten mit Pool, eine hohe Hecke, dadurch komplett uneinsichtig (die Kinder konnten auch mal nackig rumspringen) und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte eventuell etwas größer sein und die Betten sind relativ hart, aber mehr gibt es unserer Meinung nach nicht zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Cecina, daher braucht man immer das Auto, das ist etwas schade, aber dadurch hat man natürlich auch die gewünschte Ruhe, hat also Vor- und Nachteile. Strände sind jede Menge in ca. 10-20 min Fahrt zu erreichen, je nachdem wohin man fährt. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur ist auch super. Check in läuft total unkompliziert und check out ist sogar nur mit einer Schlüsselbox, sodass man auch früh morgens schon los kann. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
