Escape to this charming cottage in picturesque Hot Springs. The main house features two cozy bedrooms — a primary suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds — plus an additional enclosed Arkansas porch space with a twin bed for extra flexibility and a work station.

A separate guest suite offers even more privacy with its own queen bed, bathroom, and mini‑kitchen, giving everyone room to relax.

The welcoming living area & kitchen create a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. Great kitchen if you want to gourmet meal. Outside, enjoy the fire pit and grill for laid‑back evenings under the trees. When it gets chilly, enjoy the inside rock fireplace!

Hot Springs at its best — the lake, the parks, restaurants, spas, and entertainment are all right around you on Burchwood Bay Road.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather towels & start the washing machine. Detergent is by the washing machine. Load dishwasher with dirty dishes. Keep sheets on the beds. Throw out food from the fridge in the carport trash
Place key to the Guest Quarters in the kitchen on top of the coffee pot.
Lock the front door by pulling the door closed - then while holding, put your finger on the keypad and press the lock picture (Emoji)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful property very well taken care of. Incredibly decorated to immediately make you feel right at home. Host was very responsive and kind. Definitely will rent again when we come to the area and recommend to anyone looking for a place near Hot Springs. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Loved it!

Host Love! Did I ever think that our hosting skills from birthday parties to major events would ever lead us to be VRBO hosts? No Way! We were afraid to even book VRBO until we needed three hotel rooms on a trip. I stepped out of my shell, booked a VRBO and will never look back! Our hostess was so nice and had more homes in Hawaii. Just like that, I knew I could make new friends that had a family just like ours and they wanted their home to be my home. We all need more family & friend time. We chose the VRBO option so everyone could be together to share laughs and old stories while making new ones!

Why they chose this property

We stepped on this property and just fell in love with this cottage. Here, you feel you are at home. Part of history, where the land was an old dairy farm by the lake, and now you have the old lake feeling with all of the modern amenities. Cozy and charming with a relaxing atmosphere while being close to restaurants and downtown.

What makes this property unique

The Cottage is quaint and clean. The best part is the kitchen and the family room. I can see myself sitting by the rock fireplace reading a book, or playing a game with my family & friends. The other great feature is the guest quarters. The perfect amount of space for grandparents, another couple or anyone that just needs there own space and might not be on the same schedule you are! I love the yard - outside firepit and chairs will make evenings special under the stars.
