Much of the wood used to build the treehouse was harvested directly from the property, giving it an authentic, natural charm you won’t find anywhere else. Inside, the open-concept living space is filled with natural light, making you feel fully immersed in the surrounding forest. A beautiful stained glass window adds a unique and cozy touch.

Step out onto the deck to relax with elevated views, or head below the treehouse to enjoy the swings surrounded by peaceful acreage and the seasonal brook.



During your stay, you’ll enjoy:

- Electric fireplace in the open concept living room. 

- Smart TV + free WiFi

- Kitchen - stocked with basic essentials to cook a meal. Includes a microwave, drip coffee maker, small electric oven with a 3 burner stove top and medium sized vintage refrigerator. There is no dishwasher but we do provide a drying rack.

- Peaceful, nature-filled surroundings

- Location - close to downtown Chattanooga and only 7 minutes from the cute town of Trenton, GA. 



Things to Know Before You Book:

1. The creek is seasonal and may be dry during summer months

2. Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs, 50 lbs or less; no other animals allowed)

3. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles

4. Not suitable for children

5. The nearest neighbors you can see from the treehouse are 60 yards through the forest.

6. There is no washer and dryer at this property.

Getting Around:

There are very specific driving directions to get to this Treehouse! They will be provided in your check-in instructions 3 days prior to your arrival. You will need a vehicle to travel too and from the home. Uber and Lift are not reliable.

Hot Tub Notice:

We take hot tub cleanliness and guest safety very seriously. On back-to-back bookings, if the hot tub must be drained and refilled, it can take 8–12 hours to reach full temperature. While we do our best to have it ready, heating time is sometimes beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize sanitation and safety.



Nature Disclaimer:

Cedarbrook Treehouse is located in a rural, wooded setting. With that comes the occasional presence of wildlife and insects. Wasps may occasionally enter when doors are open. The property is professionally treated with regular pest control. However, if you have severe allergies to bees, wasps, or insects, please consider this before booking.



Weather and Outages!

Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
