About this property

House with garden and swimmingpool

Dear guests,
our villa "Nevena", brand new house, very decorative with many wide rooms and large windows (and balcony doors), terraces through which a lot of light and air enters the room. The house is very comfortable. Quiet is everywhere!
The house accepts a maximum of 10 people including children (children are people). The large wall around the bottom gives a private atmosphere. Around the swimming pool are deck chairs where you can sunbathe next to the swimming pool every day. There is a large barbecue over the green lawn, where all 10 people can sit together and eat or dine together and talk. In the garden there is a table tennis, jumping and fitness bike to do some sport !!.
This place is the ideal place for a real regeneration from constant stress! If you are longing for cultural offers, then you are quickly in the city of Porec or after half an hour in Pula, in the arena or the old town.
When the guests enter, the owners ask for a deposit of 300 euros for any damage. At the end of the holiday, in the event that no damage has occurred, the deposit (300 euros) will be returned to the guests.
The owners are always ready to help and protect their guests.
1-2 dogs are allowed after payment. The price for 1 dog is 10 euros per day.
We only accept bookings from SATURDAY to SATURDAY, 7 nights or 14 nights.

Super Unterkunft

Ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft mit einer top Lage und sehr sympathischen Vermietern. Das Haus war sehr sauber,gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, mit einem schönen und großen Pool. Die Vermieter waren super sympathisch(konnten auch sehr gut deutsch sprechen) und waren immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt. Ruhiger Ort und Nachbarschaft,keine fünf Minuten zu mehreren Supermärkten, fünfzehn Minuten nach Porec und zum Meer(leider etwas veralgt dieses Jahr wegen der Hitze),30-40 Minuten nach Rovinj und dortigen schönen Buchten zum Baden. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße an Jenny und ihren Mann! Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Porec, haben viel entdeckt und uns am Pool erholt. Wir hatten ekn sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und tolle Gastgeber. Empfehlenswert!
