We had so much fun staying at this property! Maggie was a fabulous hostess. She checked in on us to see how everything was going. Had suggestions for good eating places. We spent every day in the pool and it was wonderful! We paid the additional money to have it heated higher and it was very worth it!! If we get back to Cape Coral, we will definitely be staying here if it’s available. Thank you so much, Maggie!!

Home was clean and kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishware and cooking items. It was nice to have the washer and dryer so we could pack lighter. Beach towels, chairs and pool toys were also nicely provided for. Maggie was easily accessible for questions and addressed a bathroom faucet issue right away. Nice neighborhood for morning walks. A recommendation for some night lights in the kitchen and bathrooms would be nice. I always pack some - so not an issue for us. We enjoyed our relaxing week.

Everything we needed was provided. There was an issue with the toilet and Maggie has someone there the very next day to fix it. She checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The property is nice and in a very good neighborhood. We liked being on the channel and with a pool. Would stay here again.

The location is fantastic! Love the view of the canal and the area. Landscaping is well manicured. But, there were two areas of the property that we were a little disappointed in. The first was the cleanliness of the pool area. Sand in the hot tub and sooo many spiders/cobwebs around the pool. We spent time cleaning it ourselves to make it more enjoyable. The owner told us these were all cleaned up and the spiders went crazy in the hour before we checked in. Yet, the pool area was still web free at the end of the week. The second was the general maintenance of the home. Best way to describe this one is the house is a homeowners special. Repairs have been very minimally completed. There is lots of work needed to the house, but it’s clear not a lot of attention is spent on keeping the home in tip top shape. Mold/mildew affecting the exterior siding, broken trim work, staining due to a job left undone to the master shower floor, very shoddy caulking, some of the furniture has been well used and needs to be fixed or replaced. There are lots of rips in the screens of the Lanai and the property could use a power washing. There are loose and broken tiles in the front step and around the pool which make for unsteady walking. The pictures of the property are creatively edited to make the living area bigger.All in all, we got a good price on the property and we enjoyed the week. Don’t expect luxury. Not trying to rain on their parade. Still a solid place to stay, but…

Vacation get away

Loved the house and location. Close to good food, shopping, and the beach. Kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock in the back. We enjoyed the beach everyday and being able to come back and relax and cook dinner.

Great Rental!

Everything was great. Communication was very good. Everything you could possibly need or think of. Central to restaurants, stores, beaches. We bought groceries and cooked on the grill most nights and ate out on the lanai enjoying the views. We used the hot tub frequently. Also, so much beach stuff. Chairs, coolers, fishing rods. We also went fishing off the little back dock. Would definitely stay again. Great property and wonderful host.

Great location. Loved our home away from home

This house was perfect. It was equal distance to Sanibel and Ft Myers. The pool and hot tub were great. My kids loved fishing from the pier.

A Great Summer Vacay!

We (5 adults and 2 young kids) had a wonderful time at this rental! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lots of fishing off the dock and the kids loved the pool! The home was clean and comfortable. Easy drive to nice beaches. There was plenty of food options nearby. The host was great and very helpful! Would definitely recommend this home for a fun, peaceful, family trip
