An eclectic modern Georgian house in a country town, 2 bedrooms each with en suites.

A place to unwind, indulge and enjoy life's simple pleasures of which many are on your doorstep. Your stay is riverside walking, daytime drinking, early dinning and a saunter home to kick back in style.

Hosted by dog lovers and rescuers of greyhounds. Fix yourself a drink from the honesty bar where all profits go to our greyhound charity, drink and donate - it's a thing.

Rochville is the rear house of the two properties, located at the end of the driveway. The 2nd carport is yours to use.

The house is two storey, both bedrooms are ensuite and upstairs. The ground floor has a designated lounge, dining and kitchen with direct access to the outdoor deck and fully fenced courtyard. The small rear courtyard is off the laundry and includes a guest half bath.

A Brit at heart, most of my life before moving to Melbourne 10years ago has been spent in hospitality - hotels and islands. Hosting is back to my roots, Rochville is my first property I also have a second now in Bendigo called Roch Residence.

Why they chose this property

Kyneton is a beautiful country town, I chose to purchase here selfishly for myself and my greyhounds to escape the city. What I love about the town is the mix of cafes, restaurants and pubs combined with river walks - all within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Rochville is special, it's nicely set back off Mitchell Street being the rear house so it feels very private. It's modern Georgian in style with a lovely courtyard perfect for sitting out. The bedrooms are both en suite.
