Semi-detached house "Tijan", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Tomišići 3.5 km from the centre of Žminj, 21 km from the centre of Rovinj, 21 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 14.May. - 24.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 1.4 km, rocky beach 21 km. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property.

Traumhafter Urlaub
2. Mal Haus Tijan. Das Haus ist rundum ein Traum. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Riesiges Grundstück und der einfach nur unvergleichbar große Pool mit angrenzender Terrasse ein Traum. Die zusätzliche Terrasse an einem der Schlafzimmer lud am Abend zum Verweilen ein. Die Vermieter sind einfach nur liebenswert. Unauffällig aber stets da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Leckereien gab es obendrein. Sogar ein Wiedersehen mit Tochter Ivana wurde arrangiert. Toller unvergesslicher Urlaub. Hier stimmt ALLES!!!

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit...
Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Pool. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs und dieser hatte auf vollständig umzäunten 800m2 Gelände alle Möglichkeiten sich ausgiebig entfalten zu können.Die sehr netten Vermieter standen bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Einmal bekamen wir eine Flasche Wein, ein anderes Mal sogar einen Kuchen gebacken. Die Tochter war super hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Man fühlte sich bei Freunden. Die Lage des Hauses bedingt eine mindestens 25 minütige Fahrt bis man das Meererreicht, was wir allerdings vorher wussten. Rovinj, Pula, Porc sind auch mit einem ähnlichen Zeitaufwand zu erreichen.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, der Pool wurde mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Die Wassertemperatur Betrug immer zwischen 23 und 26 Grad,unseres Erachtens wurde sehr wenig oder gar kein Chlor verwendet, was wir als eine sehr angenehme Begleiterscheinung empfunden haben.Etwas breitere Warensortimente zum einkaufen fanden wir in Pazin (Lidl), etwa 15 Minuten Fahrzeit.WLAN und Deutsches TV sind vorhanden, die Küche ist vollständig ausgerüstet.Wir können das Haus und die liebenswerten Vermieter sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Reisetipps: Versuchen bei der Ein–und Ausreise die Stoßzeiten zu vermeiden. Obwohl wir versuchten den klassischen Anreisetag Samstag mit nächtlicher Anreise aus Deutschland etwas zu umgehen (bei der Hinreise waren wir bereits gegen 09:00 Uhr dort) standen wir fast 2 Stunden bei der Einreise von Slowenien nach Kroatien am Grenzübergang im Stau.

Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal da. Die Unterkunft/Einrichtung kommt so in die Jahre. Die Matratzen sind nicht so toll, in der Küche könnte das ein oder andere Utensil aufgestockt/erneuert werden. unschlagbar ist jedoch der Pool. Einige Zimmertüren quietschen, lassen sich schlecht verschließen. Der Reciver in einem Zimmer ist defekt, Kabel wurden schon geklebt....Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es wäre echt toll, wenn die Vermieter die nächste Zeit etwas zur Verschönerung /Erneuerung investieren würden. Trotzdem sind wir gern zu Gast gewesen.

Gastfreundlichkeit ist hier großgeschrieben! Unterkunft super sauber, große Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten, super ausgestattete Küche! Das Grundstück sehr groß, Swimmingpool auch, viel Platz für Kinder. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert Reisetipps: Ausflüge nach Pula, Porec, Rovinj, tolle saubere Strände , alles perfekt
