Upper floor: (exterior staircase) entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (exterior staircase) entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Terrace 35 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Tolles rustikales Haus

Das Haus hat einen urigen Touch und die richtige Infrastruktur für große Gruppen. Es besitzt eine Gastroküche und mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle. Außerdem ist der Hausbesitzer sehr nett und hat uns an einem Abend begrillt. Die Lage ist dezentral ohne Nachbarn, die sich nach 22 Uhr beschweren. Porec ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Billardzimmer ist super!

Sehr schònes Haus. Jeder hat eigenes Zimmer, Dusche und Wc. Wir hatten eigenen Pool, wurde auch vom Vermieter gereinigt und aufgefùhlt. Einen Tag hatten wir vom Vermieter zum Abendbrot gegrilten Fisch und Steaks bekommen. Und es ist nicht weit vom Meer, sind sehr schòne Stàdte in der Nàhe zum spazieren.

Super Haus für große Gruppen

Super Haus, um mit großen Gruppen zu verreisen. Platz für bis zu 14Leute. Alte Kneipe und insgesamt ein einfacheres Haus, welches aber alles nötige bietet. Pool sehr schön und besonders ruhig durch die Lage hinter dem Haus. Insgesamt ruhige und schöne Gegend. Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas ordentlicher sein, da es sich hierbei um eine ältere Industrieküche aus den Kneipen-Zeiten handelt. Insgesamt aber dennoch weiter zu empfehlen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 9 Personen für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist klasse und bietet viel Platz. Der Pool ist fantastisch (wird alle 2 Tage vom Vermieter gereinigt) und es ist insgesamt sehr sauber. Nach einer Woche gab es sogar frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er hat uns auch zum Essen eingeladen, selten so lecker gegessen! Bis zum Einkaufen oder Meer fährt man ca 20 Minuten, das war uns aber bewusst. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Unter aller Sau!

Damit man was kochen konnte musste man erst 4 Stunden richtig putzen, das einzige was an diesem Objekt in Ordnung war war der Pool. Alles andere war das Geld nicht wert. Schade um die Zeit.
