Lovely location and unit! Condo was decorated well, very clean and wonderfully stocked with plenty of linen, extras and helpful necessities.Communication with the host was very prompt and courteous. We really loved our stay!

The unit was everything that we were looking for. Our only issue was the air conditioning didn’t cool down as low as we like but it was comfortable enough. Great communication from Betty and quick responses.

We had an excellent stay. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. As always, the Pearl and Navarre Beach is a family-friendly location. A true gem on the Emerald coast.

The condo was as listed and clean. We had a small issue getting in front gate but Betty rectified it quickly with a call. The beds were a bit firm for us. Lots of room but some furnishings a bit dated.

Great place. Everything was clean. Communication with host was easy and she responded quickly. The VIEW was crazy you could see everything. Didn’t use the pool because we are beach snobs lol but it was nice and clean The property was clean and the views waiting for the elevator are awesome as well.

The condo was nice it needs updated and a lot of things fixed . We had problems with the codes! The ones we were told originally didn’t work so we found out which ones did. The fobs didn’t work in the front gate we had to put in the code ,the first code didn’t work so we figured out which code did. The condo could have been alittle cleaner! The walls needed washed in the kitchen!! We had a nice time all in all!!

So sorry you had trouble with the new gate and beach codes. They were changed a few weeks ago and I resent the check in letter and information with all new codes to every guest. I was afraid it would be confusing!

Beautiful place!

This property is absolutely beautiful, and the lady that owns this condo is so sweet, and the easiest person to work with! We had the best time relaxing and watching the sea life from the 16th floor! We had the best views!! Definitely want to stay here again one day!

Great stay!

Nice, clean condo with everything you would need! Great location and easy access to the beach. There were extra beach chairs and an umbrella to use in the closet. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful beach and condo

I will definitely be booking again ... Navarre has always been my favorite Beach and the Pearl was definitely one of the nicest condos I've stayed in.
