My husband, adult children and their spouses, and most importantly our GRANDS rented this house for a week and for a party of 10 there was plenty of room. Condo was great! The only con is there are 6 public elevators and coming up from the beach at the end of the day takes some time.

Everything was beautiful and well stocked with the essentials. The only thing that caused less than excellent was the mattress in the main bedroom. It has worn indentations on both side and you sleep in dips. This of course caused sleep to not be adequate. Other than that, the food on site was top notch and there was zero need to venture out to wait in long lines. The pools and bars were absolutely perfect. The 21 only pool was a great escape as well.

Sixth floor was the perfect location. Easy access from parking to the condo could not have been better. The condo's rooms were clean and well prepared as expected. The large kitchen allowed several people to work together preparing meals. Our group of 10 had no problem having dinner together sitting around the large table. A cool breeze flowed through each evening on the spacious corner balcony making it enjoyable to sit outside, have a drink, and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. We have stayed in other condos at this property, however this was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable.

The condo was excellent for our family of ten. We had plenty of room without being crowded. The pool area was excellent for a 1 year, 2 year and a 5 year old. Enough activities to keep everyone busy. Kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and a couple of dinners. View of the beach was excellent. Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Parking garage was a nice addition. We parked close to our condo every night. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean- no check in or out issues. Kitchen, dining and living room was spacious enough for everyone to eat and enjoy each other without having to be on top of each other. And each bedroom has a private balcony. It wasn’t big but you had a private balcony.

Beautiful and very spacious property for 4 adults and 4 kiddos! Furnishings were nice quality. Could stand to be better stocked with cookware and bowls, but we loved being on the end of the property with lots of room. Would stay here again!

Beach Vacation

This was the perfect place for my family to have a beach vacation. We had all the amenities we needed and there was something for everyone to enjoy! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room! Would definitely book this property again! The location is also fantastic!

The condo was spacious and clean with nice furniture and plush linens. Very nice bathrooms. It had a large corner balcony with comfy furniture. Large windows with beautiful views. The communication with the host was excellent. The coffee pot stopped working and our host had a replacement within 30 minutes. Ample parking. We’ll be back!!

Loved this condo! Perfect for families of all ages. It had all of the essential cooking items and a closet with a few beach items. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Amazing corner location with a few steps to your car, in the parking garage. All of the bedrooms had a full wall of windows with a beach view and the family room/kitchen had an ocean front balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was very clean, communication with manager with codes to access and being able to text made it easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the gulf views from the condo. The adult pool was amazing, the kids section (we had all adults) was really well done. Adults also can enjoy lazy river. We will be back!

Great Family Retreat

This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our 4 couples. Each bedroom and bath was great. What we were very pleased with were the dining table and living room seating. The view from all bedrooms was fantastic. Everyone got to lay in brd and watch the sunrise!

Another Awesome Alabama Trip

This condo is perfectly laid out. The beds were perfect for what we need and comfortable. The furniture was a little dated, but did not hinder our enjoyment. We were there in November/December, so we had the run of the place.
