Cozy Downtown Cape May Condo. 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. Conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. Just 3 1/2 blocks to the beach and only one block from Washington Mall. Spend your Summer vacation days basking in the sun, splashing in the ocean, or watching the dolphins frolic. It is ideal for a group of friends, couples, or a small families. We welcome your dogs!

This 2 bedroom condo is on the garden level of our Historic home (originally built in 1875). Lots of modern amenities like WiFi and Central Air Conditioning! You will have access to our shared driveway. Enough for parking your two cars.

Just inside the front door is a welcoming Living room with tranquil colors, hardwood floors and high ceilings. Comfortable sofa bed and loveseat provide ample room for the whole family to sit and talk or watch a game on the flatscreen tv. Plus a small dining table seating for 4. Flat screen HDTV with expanded cable package for your use.

Kitchen is well stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Lots of other amenities like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc.

Master bedroom has a king bed, two dressers, a built in closet.and an en-suite bathroom (plus it's own entrance and exit). Second bedroom has a queen bed. **The second bedroom has a heavy curtain that divides it from the living room-- however it too has a private bath in order for privacy. Living room has a queen sofa bed. Sleeps 6.

Gas grill and picnic table for your outdoor enjoyment located in the backyard towards the garage.

Did we mention we welcome your dogs? We don't want to leave ours when we travel either. There is an addition $150 fee per dog (limit 2). Sorry no cats.

Circa1875- Centrally located on quiet street in Historic District. Short stroll to beach, town, shopping, museums, amazing restaurants, and nightly entertainment.

PET POLICY (Dogs only, Sorry- no cats):
2-dog maximum. Pet Rent is $150 extra per dog. Simple pet rules apply. Call for more info.

* Bring blankets, sheets, linens and towels or arrange rental of them through Linen Ladies.



*No family events of more than 12 attendees are allowed on premises per Cape May regulations.
Apartment occupancy for sleeping is strictly 6.

Perfect proximity to the beach, shopping, and museums. Read the listing closely to see what you need to bring. We planned ahead and ended up loving the place and our stay. Very clean and newly updated, especially the kitchen. Loved being able to bring our dog but saw no traces of previous pets. Owner was quick to respond to questions and check in and out couldn’t have been more smooth. Loved it!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay, our accomodations, the centalized location (close to all!), and our host Michael, all beyond wonderful! I am visiting my family for my mom's birthday, and rented rather last minute for a getaway and are so very glad we did! Mahalo nui loa!

Great in-town location

We enjoyed a weekend getaway in Cape May with this property as home base. It's so close to the Washington St. Mall and the beach that we barely moved our car except to drive out to Sunset Beach. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the furnishings are practical and fun. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Would recommend for a couple or small group.

Mid-week stay in Cape May

Location, location, location! This place is 5 stars! Just a block and a half from Washington Street Mall and Acme - a few blocks to the beach. Off street parking for two cars…just about all on street parking is metered. Spacious rooms. Kitchen is small but who wants to cook on vacation when Cape May is a foodie heaven? Would definitely like to book again. Thank you!

A Week of Family Fun

We had a couple of days of rain but made the best of it. Had four dinners alfresco, biked, ran, enjoyed the beach, got a massage, played mini golf and visited the arcade. Spent some money in the great Washington Mall stores, as well. Ate a lot of good food and spent time with family. It was a perfect week!

Pros- Great location, easy to walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Adequate space for a family of 5. Parking a huge plus! Cons- Pet hair everywhere, not as clean as we would have liked. Also had to deal with humidity issues inside the apartment.

cozy & convinient

I brought my mom and toddler to stay 2 nights. Access to restaurants, shops and parking lot a huge bonus as others have mentioned. We also were pleasantly surprised about how spacious it was! I gave 4 stars simply because it was not central air so AC didn’t totally extend into kitchen and neighbors above could get a bit noisy. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and recommend for a quick getaway to Cape May!

AWESOME Location - COMFORTABLE Home away from HOME!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This condo is a short walk from the Washington Street shopping area. It is very well equipped - nicely decorated - and very comfortable. There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a toaster oven. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo - and didn't miss the oven at all. Don't let the bedroom with no door concern you - both rooms are very private. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The next time we go to Cape May we hope this condo is available!
