Next time, when you come, you can pack even less! Now you see all of the items we have above and beyond other vacation home properties. We believe that when you check in, you shouldn’t have to run out and go grab supplies and stock little items such as plenty of toilet paper, soaps, spices, baggies, and even have plenty of firewood. Come back and see us again soon.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! We appreciate you watering the flowers with the heatwave that weekend. Looking forward to meeting you when you return in the future. Thank you for the nice review. John & Kim

Thanks for being so easygoing especially when our landscape construction had to remove a tree for us during your stay. Glad you got to be the first Guests to enjoy the new hot tub for two on the deck! We hope to see you again in the future. -Kim and John

Thanks for coming to Powell Lakehouse! We appreciate the feedback. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the meteor shower over the weekend. Since the tornado took out the trees in front, we have a great view of the skies too. We hope you return soon. Enjoy your retirement! -Kim & John

We are happy you were able to invite your extended family at the last minute to your vacation! We are always happy to accommodate early check-ins when we can and it seemed to work out well with your parents arriving several hours prior to your arrival. Thank you for the great communication so we could address your issues immediately. Apologies again about the electric issues in the bedroom on your first night. At times there are issues out of our control and I am glad we were able to get an electrician there by 1pm after speaking with you. Glad you enjoyed your birthday cake we left. It is always fun to leave our guests something in the house, especially if they are celebrating a special occasion. -John & Kim Powell

Thanks for spending Easter weekend at Powell Lakehouse. Glad you were able to relax and enjoy the good weather. It’s the perfect time of year to visit when all the restaurants are open, fish are biting, and the dogwoods are in bloom. Spring is our favorite time of year! We hope you come back soon! -John & Kim

Thank you Jeanine! You chose a great weekend to cool off at the Lake. We look forward to having you again so we can take you for that sunset boat ride. -John & Kim

Glad you enjoyed your stay and we made it work to side tie your fishing boat to the dock for the week. The water is not as rough during the middle of the week, but as you know the weekends can get a bit rocky. Come back and see us again soon!

Thank you for choosing Powell Lakehouse again for your Holiday Vacation! Glad you enjoyed the new 2 person hot tub on the deck under the stars. We enjoy having your family. Wishing you the best in 2018! Happy New Year! -Kim & John

Thanks for the great review letting others know why we are different than other vacation rentals around the Lake of the Ozarks. So glad your family had a nice time on your vacation. Please come back and visit again! -John & Kim

You picked a week to be at the lake! The lake traffic was not as busy during the week and I’m glad you were able to bring your jetski and play on the water. You and your family are always welcome back! Thanks for being such clean respectful guests!!

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy New Year! I enjoyed talking with you and your family. So glad you were able to enjoy the house during the off season. I knew Santa would find you on Christmas Eve to deliver the presents underneath the tree. Thank you for keeping us informed of your needs during your stay. We appreciate the feedback. Winter provides a spectacular view of the Lake. I'm sure it helped that the weather was in the 50s during the day. HaHa Tonka and Bridal Cave are great places to visit any time of the year. We look forward to your return in the future. Have a safe drive home! Kim & John Powell
