Stunning villa in the picturesque village of Genova

This large, stunning, newly built house boasts glorious sea views, huge comfortable rooms, an infinity pool and all the luxuries of modern living- yet it sits nestled right in the middle of one of the oldest, most picturesque, charming villages of Mallorca - only minutes away from beaches and all the attractions and nightlife of Palma. The house has been designed so that all 5 bedrooms are spacious and attractive in their own way, each one feeling like their own ´suite` all with their own bathrooms. The ground floor is completely open plan sweeping from the hyper modern Birgit Mueller kitchen across to the very comfortable salon area and over to the antique snooker table. Minimalist glass doors fold completely back to reveal the spectacular outdoor terraces, vast shaded porch with more areas to lounge and relax , a 12 metre swimming pool, and a beautifully designed built in BBQ and out door bar and dinning area. One of the bedrooms is on this floor, and 4 bedrooms are upstairs all with endless sea views. And of course there is a large utility room with all one needs for laundry and extra storage. The house was designed and built by one of the top architects and interior designers on the island and was chosen for a special double page spread for the Christmas Edition of Diaro de Mallorca, the main newspaper for the island.


Eco Tax
Due to Spanish government requirements, we must now charge the Eco Tax for your stay. These are as follows:
High Season 1 April - 1 October
2 euros per adult per night and 1 euro per under 16 year old per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night onwards, it's 1 euro per adult per night and 0.50 euros per under 16 year old per night.

Low season 2 October - 31 March
1 euro per adult per night and 0.5 euros per under 16 year old per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night onwards, it's 0,50 euros per adult per night and 0.25 euros per under 16 year old per night.
